- Analyse datalink performance to ensure optimal operation
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve performance issues
- Support operational readiness activities through data insights
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on datalink performance
- Proven experience in datalink performance analysis or data analysis roles
- Strong understanding of data processing and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and eligibility to undergo SC Clearance
- Opportunity to work on a critical aviation program
