trg are seeking a Data Analyst to join a company specialised in providing corporate wellness and healthcare. You will be part of the Management Information team responsible for internal and client reporting. The role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reports and dashboards
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Develop data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights
- Analyse and present data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Work with a variety of data sources, including internal systems and external integrations
- Document solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft data technologies (SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, Azure Data Factory)
- Advanced SQL, DAX, and M skills
- Experience in data analysis and dashboard development within an agile environment
- Exposure to ETL processes and diverse data sources, such as cloud platforms, databases, spreadsheets)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
