The Role
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer privacy.
• Label diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video using in-house tools.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and KPIs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
What You'll Need
• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• Written and spoken English proficiency (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing, reading comprehension, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions and conduct research.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks.
