We are looking for a senior Data Analyst to join a global retailer in the fashion industry, supporting one of their Digital Value Streams within Commercial Development & Growth. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping data-driven product and commercial decisions across the digital customer journey.
This is a full-time consulting assignment running from asap to 30 November 2026, with 100% remote work available.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will lead and coordinate analytical initiatives end-to-end - from hypothesis formulation and data exploration to insights, recommendations, and follow-up. You will work closely with Product Managers and Value Stream Managers, ensuring that data is reliable, accessible, and actively used to drive strategic and operational decisions within digital product development.
Responsibilities
- Drive analytical initiatives by defining hypotheses, performing analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with Product Managers and Value Stream Managers to shape product strategies and prioritize initiatives using data insights
- Analyze customer behavior, commercial performance, and product usage to improve the digital customer experience
- Define, track, and follow up on key KPIs, including event tracking and measurement frameworks
- Develop business cases by combining commercial, digital, and user behavior insights
- Visualize and communicate insights through dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
- Promote a data-driven culture by increasing data visibility and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
About You
You are a senior data professional with strong experience in data analysis and visualization within product- or commercially driven organizations. You enjoy working close to the business, influencing decisions through insights, and translating complex data into clear, compelling stories. You thrive in cross-functional, agile environments and are comfortable navigating large, matrix organizations.
Experience and Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, commercial analytics, or management consulting
- Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python is considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics environments such as GCP, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Solid experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Background from e-commerce, retail, fashion, or product-driven tech organizations
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and business recommendations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across product, commercial, and tech functions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
