Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our client’s Global Supply Chain Procurement team. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations through robust data analytics, contract management, and strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate strong expertise in Excel and BI tools and has a background in supply chain analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate monthly performance reports on savings, compliance, and KPIs.
  • Analyze freight and shipping compliance including use of accounts, service levels, and routing guides.
  • Perform cost modeling and data-driven analyses to identify efficiency gains.


Strategic Sourcing:

  • Develop and manage RFI/RFP processes; analyze results to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Track and report monthly savings from sourcing activities.


Supplier & Contract Management:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual supplier performance reviews.
  • Maintain carrier contracts and update rate cards quarterly.


Procurement Operations:

  • Oversee invoice auditing and payment workflows.
  • Handle new carrier setups, purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial planning.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools) is required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial statements (P&L, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
  • Familiarity with international freight logistics (parcel, air, FTL, LTL) is a plus.


Contract Details

  • Start Date: 30 days.
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire. Candidate will be onboarded as a direct employee with our client pending performance reviews.
  • Location: Remote within the continental U.S.
  • Hours: May include non-traditional hours to support international operations.
