We are a fast-growing, data-driven organisation seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our remote-first team. You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Define and own KPIs, metrics frameworks, and data documentation
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data availability and governance
- 2+ years' experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is desirable
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
