MPS Group Inc. has an immediate opening for a Remote IT Scheduling Program Administrator.
The IT Scheduling Programming Administrator is responsible for Facility Division Alpha System development, improvement and Maintenance. Successful candidate will have system programming and strong software skills as well an aptitude to work in the field with the operations teams. Software and accompanying supporting hardware will be managed by the successful candidate. Fluency with Power Bi is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Part of a team that will establish and maintain contracts with Industrial Cleaning Operations, Paint Booth Maintenance, or related business.
- Utilize, train, and participate in continuous improvement of the division scheduling, reporting, and tracking system.
- Communicate with and report information to General Manager or designee and customer contacts in a proactive manner.
- Create, revise and update reports and charts to reflect real time business activity.
- Plan, execute track and follow up on operations projects as assigned.
- Develop improvements and maintain the Facility Division Software System with organizational interfaces that are relevant, accurate and incorporate ongoing system process updates to satisfy internal metrics visibility, availability of information and controls (Financial, Operational, HR, Safety et al)
- Provides Senior leaders with status of the program’s data integrity (content value, security, and accessibility) on a regular basis.
- Key responsibilities include implementation and training during launch and or with new employees using the software system.
- Generation of QR Codes for system program to coincide with plants scope of work.
- Excellent computer knowledge and programming processes and verbiage
- Evident interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with impact at many levels in an organization (entry level employees, peers, interdepartmental, customers, executives).
- Ability to collect, interpret and report financial information.
- Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Presentation skills to provide clear direction to others and respond to questions.
- Customer Service mindset with internal/external customer base and the public
Work Environment:
- Will require travel with overnight assignments – amount of travel to be determined by the state of the business.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to efficiently work from home when not traveling.
- Work hours will vary and may include off shift assignments, weekends, and holidays.
- Work environment will often include loud manufacturing settings with occasional extreme temperatures.
- Work time may be spent in an office environment, driving a car or truck, or in various stages of air travel.
- Remote job position, must be willing to travel to various work locations (at least 50% travel)
