Your new role
As a Quality/Data Analyst, you will ensure that customer-facing applications and portals are performing optimally. You will identify and correct any issues that impact overall performance in a timely fashion. This role requires strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and the ability to leverage data analysis tools, internal subject matter expertise, and process knowledge to achieve monthly and yearly program goals.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Data querying skills.
- Statistical and trend analysis skills.
- Ability to understand, leverage, and build on existing technical assets.
- Ability to understand existing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify causes of degradation/detraction.
- Strong preference for on-the-job learning and proactive partnering/networking across the organization.
- Ability to independently drive issues to resolution.
- Ability to tailor communications appropriately by audience (technical, non-technical leadership).
- Curiosity about data and processes and a willingness to question the status quo.
Required Technical Skills:
- SQL and/or PL-SQL.
Very nice to have:
- JavaScript.
Nice to have:
- Experience with OpenSearch or Elastic/Kibana.
- Visualization experience (e.g., Tableau).
- Python.
