Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with business units to understand data needs and define key metrics (KPIs).
- Develop data models and automate reporting processes for efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
- Present findings in clear, concise, and visually compelling ways.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and data cleaning techniques.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with ETL tools or workflow automation (Alteryx, Airflow, or dbt).
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or predictive analytics.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
