Solutions Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Fully Remote - (UK)
The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing technology business that is looking for a Solutions Data Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into clear insights and communicating those insights confidently back to the business.
This position goes beyond building dashboards - it’s about telling the story behind the data. You’ll work closely with internal teams to analyse performance, identify trends and present findings that help shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret data using SQL, Excel and BI tools to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Build reports and dashboards using Looker (experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is also welcomed).
- Work with data captured in Salesforce, ensuring reporting is accurate and meaningful.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
- Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and deliver valuable analysis.
- Monitor data quality and highlight opportunities to improve reporting and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL skills and experience analysing data.
- Experience with Looker, Power BI, or similar BI/visualisation tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce data and reporting.
- Ability to tell a story with data and present insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting findings.
- A proactive and curious approach to data analysis.
