Responsibilities
- Embed directly into client-facing and internal workflows, ensuring data-driven insights are woven into the decision-making processes of our AI agents
- Design and deliver custom data reports and visualizations that surface clear, expert-level findings for both product teams and external stakeholders
- Field data requests with speed and precision, translating complex analytical outputs into accessible, well-communicated narratives
- Collaborate regularly with your manager and cross-functional teammates to continuously refine data models and track agent performance over time
Qualifications
Required
- Recent grad or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field
- Strong communicator with the ability to present data trends clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid grounding in statistics, analytical methodologies, and the underlying logic of AI and machine learning systems
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States; occasional travel for team summits may be required
Preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in a data analyst, research, or support role within a tech or AI-focused organization
- Demonstrated ability to extract practical, digestible insights from large and complex datasets
- Technical proficiency in Python or R, data modeling concepts, and SQL-based database management
