This role involves collaborating closely with Product, ESP, and IA teams to identify, evaluate, and implement strategies for improving the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of company data. Qualifications
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in data analytics, operations, or related roles within management consulting firms or large SaaS organizations
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet-based workflows and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to manage data cleansing, debugging, and root cause analysis with complex and messy datasets
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Research, Engineering, and Product teams
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights for diverse audiences
- Ability to independently structure work at the program level, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance data quality across the organization, developing strategies for data cleanup and optimization
- Design and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex data issues, balancing effort, impact, and business value
- Lead research initiatives to uncover data quality gaps and drive progress on cleanup efforts
- Prioritize engineering tasks related to data management and track progress to ensure timely delivery
- Transform, cleanse, and extract data using Python, SQL, and NoSQL to produce accurate, structured datasets for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
- Maintain rigorous standards for data governance, quality assurance, and comprehensive documentation
