About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with healthcare or medical data is highly preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours consistently and meet deadlines
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to support operational and strategic decisions
- Develop, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership and operational teams
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments and service lines
- Identify trends, patterns, and data gaps to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Present clear, concise, and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security across all platforms and systems
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts through the development of data models and analyses
