About the Role: The Data Analyst role is responsible for generating precise reports and developing data solutions that support both internal teams and external clients. This position plays a key role in identifying process improvements and implementing effective reporting methods. It contributes to the organization’s ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely reports for internal and external clients
- Assist with solving day-to-day reporting and analytics process issues
- Identify weaknesses and lead improvements in reporting processes
- Design and refine proprietary software to support analytics needs
- Support development of data warehouses and data marts
- Build reporting processes for internal and external use
- Apply innovative solutions to business and long-term initiatives
- Construct data exports and provide expert support for vendor projects
- Perform ad-hoc data imports and support various initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
Required Skills:
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and clients
- Skilled at using multiple data sources to develop solutions
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated with problem-solving and project management skills
