Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, including internships or professional positions.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization or BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain analytics, familiarity with Python or R, and knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, Azure, or Google BigQuery.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources, including sales, customer behavior, inventory, and operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Assist senior analysts and business partners with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems and sources.
- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
