Responsibilities


  • Dig into product, user, and agent performance data to surface patterns that inform both day-to-day decisions and longer-term strategy
  • Build clean, well-designed reports and dashboards that make complex findings easy for product, engineering, and external partners to act on
  • Turn around data requests quickly and thoughtfully, translating fuzzy questions into clear analyses and digestible narratives
  • Work closely with your manager and cross-functional teammates to refine how agent quality is measured and tracked over time


Qualifications


Required


  • Recent grad or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related technical field
  • Strong communicator who can present trends and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working understanding of statistics, experimentation, and the underlying logic of AI and machine learning systems


Preferred


  • Internship or project experience in a data analyst, analytics, or research role at a tech or AI-focused organization
  • Track record of pulling practical, decision-ready insights out of messy, large-scale datasets
  • Hands-on skills in SQL, Python or R, data modeling fundamentals, and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode
