Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves analyzing healthcare data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets
- Identify trends in patient data, claims, and operations
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance (HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
- Experience with healthcare data preferred
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
Preferred Skills
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR
- Experience with EHR/EMR data
