About The Role

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
- 4+ years of managed care or related healthcare experience
- Proficiency in SQL programming, Databricks, Power BI, and advanced Excel
- Experience with data mining, data validation, and report development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to varied audiences
- Experience in preparing mandated reports and supporting ad-hoc analysis
- Design, develop, and implement data processing solutions for diverse datasets used in mining, analysis, and modeling activities
- Extract and compile data from multiple sources to identify outliers and trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports using SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Monitor and track data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies for business insights
- Support the creation of mandated reports and ad-hoc analysis requests
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Coordinate project activities, including timelines and data collection efforts, across departments
- Assist with research and development of special projects, including compliance and regulatory reporting
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
