About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration and Quality Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the integration, conforming, profiling, and mapping of complex data from multiple sources, including claims, provider, member, and encounter data. You will oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Your expertise will help optimize data collection and transformation processes, identify and resolve complex data quality issues, and collaborate with business partners and ETL developers to enhance system and database designs. You will analyze and interpret large datasets, develop and maintain advanced SQL scripts and reports, and present actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role demands leadership in managing multiple complex tasks within a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality business solutions and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative/business field
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, integration, or related roles
  • Experience with Big Data processing and data manipulation techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and complex data integration
  • Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration, conforming, profiling, and mapping of complex data from diverse sources
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including data error detection, correction, and root-cause analysis
  • Develop, execute, and troubleshoot complex SQL scripts and reports using analytics tools
  • Interpret and analyze large datasets to identify trends and assess business impact
  • Collaborate with business partners and ETL developers to improve system and database design
  • Conduct data profiling and source-to-target mapping activities to ensure data integrity
  • Lead complex data integration projects, ensuring timely delivery within a dynamic environment
  • Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical findings into business context
  • Support multiple organizational functions by providing actionable analytics and insights
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate analytical results
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards
