About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Ready Data Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll and timekeeping data while also designing and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports. The UKG Ready Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by providing actionable insights and supporting payroll and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll data management, analytics, and reporting, with experience working within UKG Ready systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of care providers by leveraging data to improve workforce management and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready
  • Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures
  • Hands-on experience executing parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces (preferred)
  • Familiarity with union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules (preferred)
  • Knowledge of PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations) (preferred)
  • UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications such as FPC or CPP (preferred)
  • Experience in improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Audit and validate timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to streamline data flows and improve data quality
  • Support payroll testing, reconciliation, and troubleshooting processes
  • Analyze payroll and HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Assist in the implementation of new payroll features and system upgrades within UKG Ready
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and data analysis best practices
  • Maintain documentation related to data workflows, audit procedures, and reporting standards
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and system enhancements to optimize data management processes
