Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
- Strong experience with Python and R for data analysis and automation
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Experience with causal inference, time series analysis, and forecasting models
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Hive, Spark, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data mining skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and continuously learn new tools and techniques
- Experience working within an Agile environment and supporting rapid delivery cycles
- Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights within large datasets
- Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and measure impact
- Build and refine predictive models to forecast outcomes and optimize store and business performance
- Apply causal inference techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions when randomized testing isn't feasible
- Ensure data quality, statistical rigor, and reproducibility of analytical workflows through peer reviews and documentation
- Monitor and evaluate model performance and stability over time, making adjustments as needed
- Partner with business stakeholders to operationalize insights and scale successful initiatives
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to team discussions, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives
