About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead our analytics initiatives for go-to-market (GTM) strategies and customer servicing operations. The core focus of this role is to develop and enhance our “Customer 360” view—a comprehensive, unified perspective of our customers and brokers across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for connecting data from marketing, sales, product, and servicing functions to track customer and broker journeys, identify opportunities for growth, and improve overall experience and retention. Collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you will measure campaign effectiveness, optimize sales funnels, and provide actionable insights through robust data models, dashboards, and journey analytics. Your work will enable leadership to make informed decisions, prioritize initiatives, and drive sustainable growth by establishing a single source of truth for GTM and servicing performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role with demonstrable impact on marketing, GTM, or customer experience outcomes
  • 4+ years of domain experience within the insurance industry, supporting distribution, marketing, partnerships, or customer servicing
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex query design, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for analytical workflows
  • Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and data interpretation
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms for dashboard creation
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt to evolving stakeholder needs with a proactive attitude
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and a sense of responsibility towards organizational goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the “Customer 360” platform to create a unified view of customer and broker interactions across marketing, sales, and servicing touchpoints
  • Lead cross-functional analytics projects utilizing advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to uncover actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities across GTM and customer lifecycle funnels
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, automated reports, and key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making in GTM, customer success, and lifecycle marketing
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer and broker journey from initial contact through renewal or expansion, identifying gaps and proposing data-informed solutions
  • Integrate, clean, and synthesize data from diverse sources such as marketing platforms, CRM systems, product usage logs, billing systems, and external datasets
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SQL, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in data query design, documentation, and modeling
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, revenue, and customer retention
  • Contribute to a culture of data excellence by ensuring quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in analytics processes

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy
  • Annual stipend for home office setup and access to WeWork spaces
  • Wellness programs focused on mental and physical health, including Headspace and Lumino subscriptions
  • Competitive compensation packages with opportunities for career advancement
