Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data management, including data governance, cleaning, and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate data into insights
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Federal organizations is preferred
- U.S. Federal security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to federal projects
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data cleaning and validation processes

- Assist in the development of data models and statistical analyses to support decision-making
