🔎 What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Risk and Finance Data Controls and Oversight team in an international banking project.
This team is responsible for the design, development, and operation of data controls that provide assurance over the data used in the bank’s regulatory and financial reporting processes. The environment is highly dynamic due to ongoing regulatory change, and we need a strong analyst profile to ensure an efficient and timely data control service, supporting business stakeholders in mitigating data risk.
📍Location:Full remote Only in Spain
📋Language: English & Spanish are a must.
📋 Main Job Requirements
- Design and implementation of data quality controls
- Optimization of mitigation controls across the data flow
- Support for UAT testing of controls implemented across different teams
- Ensure that controls comply with documentation and governance standards
- Development of control results dashboards in Power BI
📋Mandatory Skills:
- At least 3 years of work experience as Data Analyst
- Intermediate level of SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI
- Rigorous and methodical approach to working with multiple concurrent deliverables
- Attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of workload and outputs
- Clear and effective communication skills with internal stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to apply logical thinking to resolve code-related incidents
- Analysis and interpretation of technical data, with the ability to define clear actions
📋Nice to have:
- Experience in the banking and financial sectors
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
