About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting our U.S.-based client in the real estate technology space. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing MLS data ingestion, normalization, and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across our platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with structured datasets, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, assist in data cleansing and mapping, and help establish standards for data quality. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in data analysis within a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience working with SQL and data manipulation techniques
  • Experience handling large datasets and structured data feeds
  • Proficiency in data cleansing, mapping, and normalization processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (effective communication in written and spoken English)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Support MLS data ingestion processes to ensure timely and accurate data updates
  • Assist with data cleansing, mapping, and normalization across multiple sources
  • Work with large datasets and structured data feeds to maintain data consistency and usability
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support ETL workflows and data pipeline development
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy and completeness
  • Identify data inconsistencies and contribute to the enhancement of data processes and standards
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data structures, mappings, and workflows
  • Explore and adopt new tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to improve data workflows and productivity
