Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience working with SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Experience handling large datasets and structured data feeds
- Proficiency in data cleansing, mapping, and normalization processes
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (effective communication in written and spoken English)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Support MLS data ingestion processes to ensure timely and accurate data updates
- Assist with data cleansing, mapping, and normalization across multiple sources
- Work with large datasets and structured data feeds to maintain data consistency and usability
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support ETL workflows and data pipeline development
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy and completeness
- Identify data inconsistencies and contribute to the enhancement of data processes and standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data structures, mappings, and workflows
- Explore and adopt new tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to improve data workflows and productivity
