This is a hands-on, portfolio-building internship where you’ll work on real deliverables: datasets, dashboards, and practical website components (fedethics.ca/book).
What will you do?
- Data analysis & research: frame questions, collect/structure data, analyze patterns, and write short insight briefs.
- Dataset building: clean and maintain datasets with strong documentation (data dictionary, assumptions, refresh notes).
- Dashboards: build executive-ready dashboards (Power BI Desktop preferred).
- Website enablement (UX-informed): help improve user journeys and content layout; support forms, downloadable assets, and basic QA/testing.
- Operational analytics: define simple KPIs and tracking for launch and sales activities (e.g., outreach pipelines, conversion touchpoints).
Tools & Skills
- Power BI Desktop (preferred)
- Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot)
- Python and/or R (pandas/tidyverse basics)
- Optional: SQL (SQLite/Postgres/DuckDB)
- Bonus: comfort with basic website tools (forms, page edits, CMS workflows)
Who is this for?

What you’ll gain

- Mentorship and exposure to executive-level analytics expectations
- A credible experience you can add to LinkedIn and your portfolio
