The Data Analyst – Care Delivery is a vital individual contributor role responsible for converting complex operational and healthcare data into actionable insights through reports and self-service dashboards. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Insights, this role serves as the analytical backbone supporting care delivery reporting, clinical stratification, engagement channel performance, and population health strategies. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with Care Delivery Nursing, Quality, and Health Impact leaders to design and implement sophisticated analyses that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data or business analytics, with exposure to healthcare operations, clinical data, or population health environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau for designing interactive, scalable dashboards
- Advanced SQL scripting skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL) for navigating complex relational schemas and multi-source datasets
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift; familiarity with Big Data environments like Hadoop/Hive and Databricks architecture
- Applied experience with predictive modeling, cohort matching, statistical analysis, or machine learning frameworks in healthcare or operational contexts
- Proficiency in Excel for rapid prototyping and ad-hoc modeling; Python knowledge is a plus
- Experience in UAT/QA processes to ensure high-quality reporting and dashboards
- Working knowledge of medical claims data structures, clinical performance metrics, and operational drivers of healthcare costs and utilization
- Understanding of population health concepts including care gap identification, risk stratification, and engagement channel performance measurement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and pattern recognition skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear narratives
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Effective collaborator capable of working within a matrixed organization and managing competing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide real-time insights into clinical efficiency and operational success metrics
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to define, validate, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect organizational priorities
- Respond to strategic analytical questions related to staffing models, resource capacity, and engagement channel effectiveness
- Build and automate processes for clinical quality standards aligned with audit requirements, utilizing advanced SQL queries across complex datasets
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise narratives and develop dashboards to support self-service analytics for clinical and operational teams
- Support the refinement and validation of predictive models used for member targeting and clinical program design
- Assess model effectiveness, recommend improvements, and respond to leadership questions regarding performance guarantee attainment
- Analyze member behavior, claims history, and engagement patterns to support clinical stratification and population segmentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Clinical leaders to ensure data assets are accurate and support operational goals
- Monitor clinical performance guarantees, identify trends and anomalies, and support remediation planning
- Document data workflows, metric definitions, and analytical methodologies to ensure organizational knowledge transfer and audit readiness
