About The Role
The Data Analyst role at M3 USA within the Pharma, Health, and Wellness Media division is a vital position responsible for transforming complex behavioral data, campaign metrics, and engagement signals into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, data science, and client services to support strategic decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will develop comprehensive dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses of user engagement, campaign effectiveness, and user segmentation, and support optimization initiatives such as A/B testing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building behavioral models and attribution frameworks, ensuring data integrity across marketing technology platforms, and presenting insights in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields (internships or co-ops included)
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Basic understanding of dbt for data transformations
- Exposure to marketing platforms like Segment, Iterable, or similar tools is a plus
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools, with Tableau preferred
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and web analytics
- Understanding of healthcare marketing concepts or prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and web analytics is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality outputs
- Creativity, curiosity, and empathy in data storytelling and problem-solving
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior data to understand engagement patterns across different content types, campaigns, and channels
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs related to audience engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, user segmentation, and conversion trends to inform marketing strategies
- Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing results, identifying insights, and recommending optimizations for improved performance
- Assist in building behavioral models and attribution frameworks in collaboration with the data science team
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client services teams to define relevant metrics and interpret analytical findings
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across martech platforms and data sources
- Present complex data insights in a clear, visual, and understandable manner to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline analytics processes, and improve reporting accuracy
