Key Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights
- Translate business needs into data analysis and clearly communicate findings
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on key initiatives
- Support data quality efforts, documentation, and ad hoc analysis
- Identify data gaps and suggest improvements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years Proven experience working in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
- Knowledge of data modelling concepts
- Experience in Insurance domain recommended
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum
