Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including chat, email, and phone
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Guide customers through our gaming offerings to enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement
- Participate in training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge of our products
- Fluency in Danish and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer care
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in the local culture
