- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and service improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on promotions, product launches, and company policies to provide informed support
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to address customer issues with empathy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new cultural experience
