- Assist customers with product information, warranty claims, and troubleshooting appliance issues
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical and logistics departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided in the CRM system
- Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to improve products and services
- Stay informed about the latest appliance products and company policies to deliver informed assistance
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or appliance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge related to appliances is a plus
