As a key member of our client services team, you will leverage your language skills to assist Czech-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering exceptional customer support to our Czech-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions in our system for effective follow-up
• Partnering with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of client challenges
• Keeping up to date with our products and services to provide informed support
  
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Fluent in Czech (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in service
