Role: Cyber Security Consultant

Job Description:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Information Security, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, security culture, communications, learning and development, human risk management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering security awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and user engagement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, common threat vectors, and secure behavior practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within a large enterprise or multinational environment is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work collaboratively across teams, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with awareness and phishing simulation platforms.
- Knowledge of behavioral change frameworks, adult learning principles, or instructional design methodologies.
- Experience analyzing awareness metrics and preparing stakeholder reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
