equired Qualifications
- Experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Engineering, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Authorization models (RBAC, ABAC)
- IGA and PAM concepts
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools/platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, or similar).
- Experience with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Shell).
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to DevSecOps and automation-driven IAM practices.
- Knowledge of non-human identity and secrets management.
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and access certification processes.
- Relevant certifications in IAM, security, or cloud technologies.
