Youโll be the first line of contact for our customers โ a friendly face (or voice, or message) who helps them feel supported, heard, and happy. Whether it's answering a question, solving an issue, or simply saying โweโve got you,โ youโll make a real difference.
Day-to-day, youโll:
- ๐จ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and (occasionally) phone
- ๐ Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and escalate when needed
- ๐ Become an expert on our products and services โ like, deep knowledge level
- โ๏ธ Create and update help articles, FAQs, and support documentation
- ๐ค Collaborate with product, tech, and ops teams to share feedback and improve the customer journey
- ๐ง Suggest ways we can make support smoother, faster, and more delightful
๐ Who You Are
Youโre patient, positive, and proactive. You like solving puzzles, staying organized, and turning frustrated customers into happy ones.
You probably check most of these boxes:
- ๐ฌ 1โ3 years in customer support, service, hospitality, or similar
- ๐ง Calm under pressure and great at multitasking
- ๐ Excellent written and spoken English (other languages = big plus, esp. German or French!)
- ๐ป Comfortable using support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar
- ๐ Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
- ๐ค Naturally empathetic โ people feel better after talking to you
- ๐ฏ Detail-oriented and focused on solutions, not just answers
