Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support related to TaxDone's platform. You will serve as a direct point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional assistance while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers effectively
  • Technical Support abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Analytical Skills to assess and address customer needs and challenges
  • Proficiency in communication and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Familiarity with tax or accounting services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a remote setting


Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Resolve technical, billing, and account-related issues

Document all interactions accurately in support systems

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Identify recurring issues and share feedback internally

Maintain high service standards and response times


Requirements

2+ years in customer support or client service

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience supporting digital platforms

Comfortable using ticketing or CRM systems

Fluent English and ability to work remotely
