One of the country's largest financial technology platforms is searching for a Customer Success Advocate to join the frontline on their Financial Operations team 100% Remotely. In this position, you will be responsible for providing first-level phone and email support to partnered small businesses by answering questions about their loans, financial data, or risk mitigation.
This exciting opportunity to serve as the primary point of financial contact for thousands of small businesses across the country begins as a 3 month, W2 contract that offers competitive benefits, paid holidays, and the potential to extend or convert to permanent employment!
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer support over the phone and via email using a CRM tool
- Answer questions regarding customers' business documents or current loan information and escalate where required
- Maintain and exceed established call volume and interaction SLAs
- Identify, document, and resolve any product bugs or features
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in a financial institution or payment provider
- Experience in customer-facing positions
- De-escalation, time management, and communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
