Centric Software is seeking a responsible and organized Support Consultant to join our growing team. About The Team

What You Will Be Doing
- Qualification of customer requests
- Resolving issues, service requests, and questions from our customers in accordance with our SLAs.
- Delivery of solution enhancements requested by customers
- Working closely with our Professional Services, R&D, and Cloud Operations to ensure that defects are identified, and fixed
- Working with our Hosting team to ensure that systems are available to customers and in working order
- Provide high customer satisfaction
- Creating knowledgebase articles for customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed problem-analysis and solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Teamwork
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, orientation toward customer satisfaction, and creative thinking
- Fluent English is a must, and knowledge of French, German, Italian, and Spanish is a plus
- Computer Science degree is preferred
- Microsoft SQL, stored procedures (min. Intermediate)
- Familiarity with VB scripting and data Integration/ ETL
- Added bonus in the area are experience with:
- cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
- data integration tools (preferred Data factory)
- PowerShell
- Python, C#
- Big dataset optimization, code optimization
- Familiarity with Fashion and Apparel industry, familiarity with merchandise Planning, forecasting and replenishment,
- Experience in the utilization of IT process support tools (Jira preferred) and with Integration and
- Experience in software installation, IT troubleshooting and optimization – Database (SQL Server, Oracle), Application Server (JBoss), experience with load balancing and clustering environments. Skills in performance tuning and optimization and troubleshooting relative to the software stack web environment.
