Now, weโ€™re looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist (40 hours/week) to deliver exceptional customer experiences - someone who can handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with our community.


Tasks

๐Ÿ”น Your Responsibilities


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Skinnify, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in their purchase.


โœ… Provide friendly, clear, and solution-oriented support via email

โœ… Handle order-related concerns such as shipping delays, returns, exchanges, sizing, and product inquiries

โœ… Investigate cases including missing items, disputes, and defective products, and document them thoroughly

โœ… Communicate professionally and empathetically, even in challenging situations, while following company policies

โœ… Respond to customer messages and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in a brand-aligned tone

โœ… Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and FAQs

โœ… Manage multiple support tickets efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups

โœ… Continuously improve response quality based on feedback and training


Requirements

๐ŸŽฏ Required Qualifications


โœ”๏ธ Experience in e-commerce customer support (orders, shipping, returns, payments, sizing)

โœ”๏ธ Strong written communication skills that are clear, friendly, and professional

โœ”๏ธ High emotional intelligence and empathy, especially when handling customer concerns

โœ”๏ธ Confidence in managing social media interactions professionally

โœ”๏ธ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

โœ”๏ธ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

โœ”๏ธ Ability to handle multiple conversations without compromising quality

โœ”๏ธ Deep knowledge of Shopify is a must
