Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Place real phone calls to a demo line and record natural, caller-side-only audio sessions.
- Speak clearly with a UK Scottish accent while spelling names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Vary tone, pace, and delivery to sound natural, including pauses and filler words where appropriate.
- Record calls across multiple environments (quiet, slight background noise, speaker mode, muffled voice).
- Accurately enter call metadata and required details into a shared tracking sheet.
Requirements
- Must have a clear and natural UK Scottish accent.
- Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP calls are not permitted).
- Strong attention to detail when following call instructions and recording metadata.
- Comfortable providing speaker details such as speaker ID/name, gender, age group, primary language, and geographic ethnicity.
- Ability to complete approximately 3 hours of recorded conversation by December 28.
