About The Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Work from Home TurboTax Product Experts. In this role, you will serve as a key support resource for TurboTax customers, providing assistance via phone and chat regarding the use of TurboTax software and general tax-related questions. This position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to set your own hours within designated timeframes, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance or supplementary income. As a Product Expert, you will help customers understand how to download, log in, navigate, import documents, print, and file their tax returns, as well as address basic tax questions. Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing their own schedule. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with web-based applications and software navigation, is essential. The ability to empathize with customers, articulate solutions clearly, and handle inquiries professionally are key attributes for success. Responsibilities
As a TurboTax Product Expert, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their questions related to TurboTax products and tax software. You will guide users through downloading and installing the software, logging in, starting their tax return, importing documents, printing, and filing. Addressing basic tax questions and providing clear, empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount. You will participate in a comprehensive certification process, which takes approximately three days, to become fully qualified. During live support sessions, you will be assigned a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will support you and help resolve complex issues. Additionally, you will support the Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to optimize customer experience and ensure service quality standards are met. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to work between 8 am EST and 12 am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum of 25 hours per week required. You are encouraged to work more hours if desired, providing ample opportunity to increase your earnings.
Benefits
This role offers competitive compensation, including an hourly rate of $24 per hour, along with a $405 certification bonus upon completing training. During the certification period, you will also earn an additional $5 per hour from April 9 to 15, with unlimited hours available during this promotional window, provided you work at least 8 hours each day on April 13, 14, and 15. The position provides the flexibility to create your own schedule, making it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to support customers effectively. Working remotely eliminates commute time and offers a comfortable work environment.
