- Collaborate with engineers on more complex issues
What they’re looking for
They are less focused on strict requirements and more on finding the right person.
- Some technical background
- Comfortable reading error messages and debugging basic issues
- Able to communicate clearly with both users and engineers
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership
- Fast learner with a strong problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Basic coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with web or mobile development
- Experience working with support tools or processes
- Interest in startups and fast-paced environments
Why join them?
- Opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup at an early stage
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- High ownership and real impact from day one
- Steep learning curve and broad exposure
