REMOTE Customer Success Specialist

Optomi, in partnership with a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients using the company’s platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with people, thrives in a dynamic startup environment, and is comfortable learning and supporting software products.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions, ensuring new clients successfully adopt the platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and support tickets
  • Guide customers through product features and best practices via video calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the user experience
  • Support customers post-sale by assisting with setup, configuration, and ongoing platform usage
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customers feel supported and successful with the platform


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management, or similar)
  • Experience working at a SaaS or technology company required
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-first approach
  • Comfortable leading customer calls, trainings, and onboarding sessions
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and software platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, healthcare staffing, or insurance
  • Familiarity with help desk or collaboration tools such as Slack, ticketing platforms, or knowledge bases
