About the Role:

We are seeking for a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and enhancing client relationships, mainly with mid-market accounts and skilled in driving customer satisfaction and upselling within those relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and grow strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer adoption of our solutions and continual improvement of their experience.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature launches and client onboarding.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
  • Solve simple issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success
  • Experience in the Travel Tech environment is a must.
  • Experience proactively upselling additional services and products to existing clients.
  • Proven ability to manage 150~ accounts efficiently, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data to inform upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Self-reliant and proactive, with a willingness to try new strategies for upselling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands.
  • Language Requirements: English C1+, Spanish and/or Italian, portuguese as native language
