About us - Curewiki transforms the medical research landscape into a patient-centric ecosystem that fosters and empowers individuals to take control of their health. We aim to change patient participation in clinical research by providing information, opportunities, and support. As a result, patient participation is transformed into patient engagement.
At Curewiki, Customer Success is not a support function. It is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of healthcare knowledge, long-term partnerships, and patient impact. We work with pharma and healthcare organizations where context, regulation, and credibility matter. For this role, hands-on experience in pharma and/or healthcare is essential. If you have not worked in this environment before, this role will not be the right fit.
