Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of a passionate, efficient and skilled prime organisation, driving customer success services in the Nordic region, focused on Norway and Sweden. You will have proven experience of Customer Success and Services sales, understanding Services sales cycles and know how to optimise investment to achieve maximum potential.

We are looking for a team player that like to take the lead, being result driven and positively energized by inspiring customers. The successful applicant will understand Oracle’s Customers Success Services value proposition and has a flair for technology.

You will add value throughout the Services sales process by:

  • Driving sales focusing on accelerating services growth and exceeding customer expectations, through listening and understanding customer needs for success.
  • Having an entrepreneurial and inspirational style, drive and sell new services across all Oracle offerings.
  • A great team player and collaborator in the everyday work together with Oracle employees, partners, and customers.


Responsibility & accountability:

  • Accountable for growing services sales within a territory, focused on Norway and Sweden, in the CSS Nordics region.
  • Responsible for pipeline development, pipeline management and opportunity management within your territory
  • Create and maintains executive relationships with customers.
  • High levels of energy, passion, inspiration, and enthusiasm


Experience required:

  • Minimum 10 years documented customer success experience with enterprise customers and organizations.
  • Successful experience in a direct sales environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to travel locally & International.
  • English language skills plus local language skills in the country of hire


This role is open for applicants in both Norway and Sweden.
