Accountabilities

The Customer Success Project Manager will oversee customer implementation projects, drive successful delivery outcomes, and build strong relationships with healthcare partners. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate multiple teams and ensure customer success.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful project outcomes and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer success projects while managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business development, product, integrations, and support teams to align project goals.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related challenges, driving timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experiences.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, status updates, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate risks, milestones, and outcomes to relevant teams and customers.
  • Partner with leadership to support customer success strategies and operational improvements.
  • Evaluate project workflows and recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex projects, collaborating across teams, and delivering successful customer outcomes. They should be comfortable operating in a dynamic healthcare technology environment and possess the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6-10 years of experience in program management, project management, customer success, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing healthcare customer implementations or technology deployments preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across business functions and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills for project success.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and measurable results.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience troubleshooting complex process or system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce and project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
  • Healthcare industry and medical device experience preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on customer locations.
