Requirements
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...
- Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in leading and motivating teams, ideally within a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment
- A track record of achieving satisfaction and activation goals by identifying and assessing customer needs effectively
- The ability to analyze team performance data and create reports to propose meaningful improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Deep product knowledge and the ability to clearly articulate the benefits of our solution to various types of businesses
- Practical experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage workflows and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Fluency in English to work closely with global and cross-functional teams, combined with a high level of Spanish and practical experience in the Spanish market
