Lost Media is a fast-growing global talent agency. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to support and manage relationships with the content creator and influencer talent we represent.
This role is for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to build trust, keep things running smoothly, and ensure talent feel supported while maintaining high standards.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for talent while coordinating internally to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
What you’ll be responsible for- Acting as the primary point of contact for talent
- Managing day-to-day communication across WhatsApp, Slack, and email
- Running regular check-ins and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep work on track
- Managing timelines and setting clear expectations
- Reviewing performance data and flagging opportunities or risks
- Handling issues and problem solving quickly and calmly
- Ensuring talent satisfaction and long-term retention
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
